The Document and Record Management Training aims to build a comprehensive knowledge base for participants on correctly understanding and applying the documented information requirements of management system standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.). It focuses on document control, records management, and digital document systems.
Quality officers who prepare or update management system documents; administrative and secretarial staff; internal auditors; and all employees involved in implementing or restructuring a management system.
Participants will be able to build a documentation infrastructure compliant with standards, manage documents and records systematically, apply correct documentation practices to minimize audit findings, and facilitate the transition to digital document management systems.
