Training Objective

The ISO 9001 Basic Training aims to provide participants with a thorough understanding of the requirements, structure, and application logic of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System standard. It gives a solid conceptual foundation to those who will be involved in implementing or auditing a QMS within their organization.

  • Structure of ISO 9001:2015 and the Annex SL high-level structure
  • Core concepts: process approach, risk-based thinking, PDCA cycle
  • Understanding the organizational context and interested parties
  • Leadership, quality policy, and organizational roles
  • Planning: risks, opportunities, and quality objectives
  • Support: resources, competence, awareness, communication, and documented information
  • Operational planning and control, design and development
  • Performance evaluation: monitoring, internal audit, management review
  • Improvement: nonconformity, corrective action, and continual improvement
