Project Management Training

The Project Management Training is a practice-oriented program that equips participants with the essential methodologies and tools needed to successfully initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and close projects. Drawing on the PMI PMBOK framework, the course covers the five process groups along with key knowledge areas including scope management, scheduling, cost estimation, risk management, stakeholder communication, and quality management. Training Objective

The Project Management Training aims to equip participants with the knowledge, tools, and techniques needed to manage projects with a structured methodology from initiation to closure. Drawing on the PMI PMBOK framework and agile approaches, it addresses scope, time, cost, and quality management from an integrated perspective.

  • Fundamentals of project management: project, program, and portfolio concepts
  • Project life cycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, closure
  • Defining project scope: Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and scope management
  • Time management: activity sequencing, duration estimation, Gantt charts, and CPM/PERT
  • Cost management: budgeting and Earned Value Management (EVM)
  • Risk management: identification, probability-impact matrix, and response planning
  • Stakeholder management and project communication plan
  • Project quality management and quality assurance
  • Agile project management: Scrum and Kanban fundamentals

Outcomes
